Outfits Make the Dancer

Not really but they certainly don't hurt. Recently I talk to another user on here and the subject of dancer’s outfits came up. I already had the idea for this article, but now hearing from someone else who brought the subject up without prompting reaffirms to me that it’s worthwhile complete. I will say, these are my views true I’m totally fine if you were disagreeing with me. We all have our preferences as well as experiences which shape are views. And this is coming from a costumer’s perspective. I’m sure dancers have their thoughts on outfits. To me it seems that a high percentage of dancers our content to wear a thong bikini. These are often times great choices. They’re fairly easy to find when shopping. They cover up just the right amount of things. They are easy enough to remove and put back on. They don’t take up a ton of space in your dresser. Most the time a bikini does not capture my attention and strip club. At least not compared to other outfits. Accessorized: I’ve seen some bikini wearer set themselves apart. One of my all-time favorites has a massive mane of black hair, pale skin, some rather tastefully done tattoos. Every time I’ve seen her in the clubs, she wears a black bikini. It really matches her look. She’s also done a great job by wearing sheer robes and skirts and wraps. These have been the same color as her bikinis making it look like a complete, well thought out outfit. A couple times outside of the clubs I’ve seen her in white or other colors and it really throws me off. Another reason to me that these wraps and robes work well it’s just a fact it’s another layer of clothing for your dance or take off. The sheer wraps and robes are not the same as bathrobes which I’ve seen dancers wear too. Very different effect. Much like the wraps and robes, I’ve seen dancers wear warm-up pants. And I could’ve included this under the wraps and robes, but there’s one big difference. Sometimes these pants are not see-through. I have seen the occasional three striped Adidas pants that look; not really a fan. Although a girl with a more athletic build the three stripe Adidas pants look good. I have seen one dancer wearing pants that matched her bikini. Makes me wonders if she was making them are having them made for herself. She owned several different bikinis of different styles and colors, and the pants always matched. I truly respect the amount of work she had to put in for outfits like that. The last accessory I’ll bring up our boots. I’m not sure how comfortable it is to wear them on stage. But thigh high boots are truly sexy. Matching these to your bikini is essential. The few dancers I’ve known who have worn by high boots or knee-high boots is that they stopped wearing them stating these boots got them in trouble. Fortunately, the boots were still on the table for OTC upon request. There are also what I would call non-bikini outfits. School girl I haven’t seen this outfit in a while which is a shame. The knee-high socks and pleated skirt look great on the right person I can’t remember seeing a dancer with massive double D’s wearing a schoolgirl outfit before. Typically, it’s been a younger petite belt girl. There is one thing about that outfit though which I believe is very important. You can’t have a club full of them. Well I guess if you had a theme night at a strip club you could; maybe when schools open back up for in person learning. But in all seriousness, I remember being in a club, sitting with a dancer wearing a schoolgirl outfit. she was complaining to me that other dancers were stealing her outfit. Not going into her locker and taking her clothing, but as you looked around the place there were three other girls dressed identical to her. What made matters worse what is the fax these two dancers had a rather intense personal rivalry with spilled out into the strip club. But I understand being rather territorial about an outfit that you believe originated; At least originated as far as the club went. The camisole and short skirts. Maybe these belong separately or maybe I should leave them together. Again, for me I think this outfit looks best on a smaller dancer. They really help accentuate the cello curves of a girl. And to me it doesn’t quite feel like she’s a stripper. The camisoles like your sexy girlfriend being ready for bed. There is a sexy get innocent vibe that I get seeing a girl wear this. Of course a formfitting skirt is just flat out sexy. One of my early favorites remind me of a young Halle Berry when she washed her it’s like this. The slingshot Maybe this belongs with the bikinis but maybe not. Too thin straps come over the shoulder and cover just enough of the breast, then forward giant V meeting down at the dancer’s crotch. These are also thongs. Initially when I thought about these swimsuits, I thought about how much I don’t like them. But the more I thought about it and remember things, my first meeting with two of my favorite dancers, they were both wearing the slingshots. One thing I find interesting about them is, very different body types can wear these. Huge tits in a big booty, this outfit works. Slim body including a beer cup, this outfit works. White girls, black girls, Asian girls, the outfits works. I briefly hit it earlier, but there’s something to be sad about signature outfits versus a variety of outfits. Both have their place. I think it’s a bigger deal for a dancer to find an outfit that showcases her than anything else. One of my favorite dancers may have one of the most extensive stripper wardrobes on the planet. I have never seen her repeat an outfit in the years I’ve known her. I’ve never seen her wear the typical stripper thong bikini. And I’m perfectly happy with that. She has a style that works for her. Everything from upfront zip hoodie to a flannel shirt Toooo a tube top; they’re all perfect on her. The fit, the colors, everything just works. I actually asked her about the variety of her outfits third she told me it’s fun to play dress up. And she’s mastered the ability of these outfits to not get in the way of her performance. Outfit failures. I remember once getting a text read answer. She told me she wanted to get my opinion on a new outfit she was considering. I she asked me if I would come to see her at work so she can test it out. I was flattered and agreed. I arrived at the club at our pre-determined time. When she Sammy she disappeared into the dressing room, only to reappear a bit later wearing the outfit. Visually it was amazing. She was wearing a little black Victorian looking corset with stockings, matching panties, the full works. with her tiny waist and her massive enhanced chest she had never looked better to me. She came over to our seated and did a quick modeling of the outfit for me. She looks stunning. It wasn’t long before we were back in the VIP section of the club. While the outfit looked great, she quickly learned that it wasn’t very comfortable when she was moving, a bit cumbersome and not ideal for her. She never danced with this outfit again. Of course there are many many other outfits. That’s true in many industries. I’m hoping others will come about what they’ve seen, like or disliked, in the comments.

Outfits can be great, but one very important aspect to consider is how easy it is to remove them quickly for a dance.

Another aspect of a dancer's appearance, besides her costume is the volume of tattoos. I don't care for tattoos at all. So in choosing a dancer, the quantity of her tattoos is as important to me as the quality of her costume.

One outfit you omitted is the club dress. You and see them on civvie girls all the time. Personally I think the civvie look works but again it depends on the girl and the customer

Nice article. I hate fishnet stockings.

I like a two piece bikini with sideboob or a tight party dress. Anything else gets in the way of checking out the goods. I’m not a fan of fishnets or corsets. I freely admit I’m a total caveman when it comes to this stuff. If they do have to wear some clothes, I’d rather see their best civvy outfits. Though I guess that would kinda make it hard to tell the dancers apart from the female customers.

Outfit fail: Miley Cyrus at the Superbowl pre-game. I love outfits hanging on one shoulder -- Cleopatra look. Yumm.

Best for me is a teeny bikini or a super tight sort dress.

Dancers are striking. My friend is engaged in the cover of costumes, rhinestones and different sequins is very difficult and very beautiful.

I didn't realize just how hard even outfit color is ... went the whole 9 yards on a Victorias Secret visit and test session a couple of weeks back with an OTC friend. A further couple of hours test dances and photoshoot back at my place. So, while quite a few outfits didn't make the grade due to comfort or fit or having the right sizes available; color was so hard to gauge and imagine/recreate the club lighting (and makeup choices). I agree with the article pushing wraps or such on top of the lingerie/bikini looks; especially on three-song stage sets it gives an extra dimension for the dancer to use and create immediate impact.
