Legal question

Suppose you go to an extras club, you eat ass, and she'd been eating peanuts. Is the club legally liable? I guess the club could put up a big sign that says "Warning: Strippers may have consumed peanuts". But the cops might put two and two together.

At my club, they have a sign like this posted up behind the counter where you pay for rooms: https://www.mysafetysign.com/img/lg/S/bilingual-facility-contain-allergens-sign-s-6059.png I thought all clubs had something like that?

The reason this question occurs to you sorta makes my head spin LOL. Aren’t allergens impacted by digestion? It’s not relevant to me anyway: my only strip club allergies are to ROBs and GPS, and those are inherently “proceed at your own risk” situations.

IDK peanut danger is hard to stop. You see all these signs like "Warning: our employees may at some time in their lives been withing 20 miles of a peanut farm". It's asking a lot of a stripper's intestinal track to decontaminate them.
