Joke's on ... who?

I sent this picture, [view link] , to a Cuban fav, and asked her if she was getting it for her nephew for X-mas. She answered me oh that looks nice. So clearly a you're-boring-but-your-money-isn't type response. But, I'm wondering, does she realize it's a joke? I mean, it does sometimes seem like the latino child safety philosophy is, we can always make more.
