Biden Classified Document Report

"We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory, Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone from whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him—by then a former president well into his eighties—of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness."
As Bulldog would say, "THIS IS TOTAL BS!" ..."by then a former president well into his eighties—of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness."
Biden took classified documents over decades as a Senator and VP. He didn't have any authority and didn't have cognitive issues like he does now. Hunter, per emails that have been published, showed he copy right from some of these classified documents when he didn't have any authority to access.
So now we have another "Twinkle made me do it" defense. Today, I'm old and senile. It's called justice, and it needs to be applied to anyone regardless of age, or mental capacity if the crime occurred when he was wrapped tight, and he was for decades. Sure, give Biden 30 years of Probation, no jail. At least he'll have a real criminal record.
