Most of the reportage on San Francisco in recent times is negative.
Not to say that maximum mileage can never be had, but it is all over orchestrated.
Laws make it hard to open new clubs. On large operator runs most all of it, and they are obliged to make money for their share holders.
AMPs have been the alternative.
Oakland maintains that it can outlaw strip clubs. I suspect though that they do have hooker bars.

^^^^^^ So do they sit on laps? Are front room makeout sessions common? These are the main determinants of the quality of what will happen in the back rooms.
And then do they still use the reverse atm machines for the money? This of course cuts into the money for the dancer via taxes and club cuts.
SF is loaded with outstanding AMPs, where GFE is quite common.

@Sneakysecret unfortunately yes, SF clubs are pretty expensive. I don't have any experience with Crazy Horse but Humpty Dance seems to think it's cool.
From my experience, it depends on what you're looking for. They have high mileage nude clubs like Little Darlings and Garden of Eden, but they are both dives and you'll be looking at 5's all day, but you might get lucky with a random 7 every now and then. At Little Darlings I had a girl for a couple weeks who always had me leaving happy. Then she disappeared and the remaining talent wasn't worth me going to that club anymore.
Then they have the topless clubs (Gold Club, Penthouse, Hustler Club, and Condor, listed in order of talent level from highest). These have the most beautiful women in SF but unfortunately, low mileage. The women don't even get topless in your lap during a dance. To even get some OK mileage requires you to spend a great amount in VIP.
Then there's Roaring 20's and Deja Vu Centerfolds, two nude clubs on Broadway that are also pretty damn pricey. The quality of these women are much better than the nude dives. Centerfolds IMO has the best looking women, almost on par with the topless clubs.
I've made a couple back to back trips to Deja Vu Centerfolds in the past week. The value is not bad, as long as you only get dances during the 2 for 1 specials, which are offered pretty consistently throughout the night. On Tuesdays, the 2 for 1 special is all day. On Monday, there's $150 thirty minute VIPs and the mileage is pretty good at this club so you can have a good time there.

But still, things should be the most loose at their no alcohol nude places. There are four of them.
On Broadway, Little Darlings, Garden of Eden, and Roaring 20's. And then in the Tenderloin, New Century.
Of these places, do girls come and sit on your lap? On a regular chair, or do they just have bar stools? Do front room makeout sessions occur? Is there anything which would stop one from occurring?
These are the main variables which determine how good things can be in the back rooms. Without these, the clubs are just 'wanna dance' clip joints.

Let's not forget O'Farrell Theater -- very pricey but, IMO, best combination of hotness and UHM private dances. No 4's and 5's. Bring plenty of cash, though.
So pensionking, at MBOT do girls sit on laps and are front room makeout sessions common?
That is how one gets close to a girl and gets a mind blowing back room experience, and likely then starts seeing her outside regularly.

On weekday afternoons:
Crazy Horse: some light extras, but no everyone offers them. The biggest crapshoot in the city -- you might run into a shift of horrible girls, you might run into a shift of okay looking girls but half of them are ROBs, you might go in and just find the right girl, and have an amazing time. If you sit at the stage, tip a few dollars each song, and most girls will give you a nude mini-lap right there.
Gold Club: best looking strippers in the city, day or night. Alcohol, topless on stage, light to medium contact only. If it's packed, turn right around and head to Hustler or Crazy Horse -- Gold Club's dayshift can get as busy as a nightshift, and the girls turn super hustlers on those days. If it's not too packed, and you enjoy low-touch alcohol clubs, this place can be super fun if you find the right girl.
Hustler: Basically, like Gold Club, only less so ... way fewer girls, fewer hot girls, fewer customers and MUCH slower hustle. If you like alcohol lower contact clubs, and you can find a girl you're attracted to at Hustler, it can be a pretty great, low-hustle experience.
As with any clubs anywhere, ask about OTC if you're interested.
Nightshift:
Condor: Not exactly low-hustle, but probably the lowest-hustle nightshift club. Many of the girls are alternative, but nowhere near all. If you're a low hustle, low-to-mid contact, alcohol club guy, this is the obvious choice
Crazy Horse: all the things I said about Crazy Horse apply, except that a lower percentage of the nightshift girls do extras, and there's more hustle and relatively more ROBs. But like dayshift, due to the contact levels that are attainable, if you do find an attractive non-ROB, this has the most potential for a really fun experience.
I haven't been to MBOT in a while so am avoiding a recommendation either way. I do not recommend *any* other clubs in the city, except the ones I mentioned, on the shifts I mentioned

The buzz is always that the 4x DV lower volume less branded no alcohol clubs are the wildest places. These can have the most cagey and uncontrollable girls, girls who don't follow any rules except their own. And then sometimes they are greasing bouncers, so they can do whatever they want.
So its New Century, Little Darlings, Garden of Eden, and Roaring 20's.
And so what it comes down to is, 1. Do they sit on laps?
2. Are front room makeout sessions common?
This is how one sets it up so that what then happens in the back room will be mind blowing. And of course you want to select and approach a girl you plan to be waking up with in the mornings.

On the clubs you mention:
New Century Theater has sometimes attractive lineups on nightshift. But it's reputation among the local PLs is as a "Den of ROBs", where the girls brazenly ROB guys, and the bouncers and management appear in on it. The things PLs say about NCT are ... not good.
Little Darlings, Garden of Eden, and Roaring 20s: The times I've been to these clubs -- and I haven't gone very many times -- what I've seen are incredibly unattractive (think 3s and 4s), low-class, un-feminine, ghetto girls. Maybe you can have a wild time in these places, if the girls are to your taste, but I can't imagine the girls are to many guys' tastes... you'd have to pay me, a LOT, to touch any of the ones I've seen, and I'd need earplugs. And you'd need to poke my eyes out. I've met many attractive girls at Hustler, Gold Club, etc., who started at one of these clubs, but it's always the same story: I worked there for one (or two, or three) shifts, then switched. Any girl hot enough to work at any other club, seems to do so. Sal si puede, and all that
Well, ROB's come up when you have a group of uncontrollable girls. Sorry if they are not attractive.
But getting the girl of script and into a front room makeout session, a girl you selected because you like her, that opens doors ITC and OTC. It can happen anywhere there is no real rule against it.
Some guys don't understand this because they don't want it.
But usually unattractive and ROB girls indicates that you are in a dive. While of course you don't want to get ROBed, and you don't want to deal with any girls you don't like, in a dive you are more likely to be able to make it go the way you want.
Darlings, Eden, 20's, do they have standard seating so girls can sit on your lap, or are you always on a barstool?
Century should still be movie theater seating.
