Are they closed for good?

Wanted to visit my favorite club post Covid. Phone number is disconnected, the Facebook page has been taken down, the Instagram page hasn't been updated since March, and I Drove past the club and the parking lot was completely dark and empty. Is this potentially the first Detroit club casualty?
