(Soon I will have a report that includes an Adelita BG coming to my Rizzo room.) As I was checking out, one of the security guys well known to me asked if I was going to see ATF1 during my visit. I said yes, but that I cannot bring her to this hotel. He confirmed that if I did, I would have to pay a bar fine. "She works for the company and rules are rules." So I paid $150 for a room at Tiucan. Beautiful place. The Friday night room at Rizo would have been $120 as I recall. So I paid $30 more and avoided the bar fine. Warrior15, It is a 15-20 minute walk from Caesar. About 20 minutes from Tiucan. Slight downhill from the hotels. The wifi and cell service (Verizon) works well at both hotels. On a previous visit, the wifi at Caesar was cranky once, but the desk clerk got it going for me. Both have a very easy sign on and allow up to four devices.

And I should add that one time I tried to take ATF1 into HK when she was off shift. They made a big deal out of it and they wanted a $180 bar fine to let her in. We walked away.

I should mention that the $700 girl offered me one night for $700, because she needed the money then to apply for a visa for the USA and said she would give me a night free the next time I was there, so the actual retail price was $350/night. Indeed, you might want to book an escort for the night, as that is what they are set up for. If a bar girl misses a night of work because she chose to spend the night with a client, she can get some grief. Indeed, HK/BT/Cascadas/Rizo claim that is why they have bar fines for mongers that have their BGs overnight; they call in sick to spend the night with a client and they are not selling drinks in the bar.

Except that if you want a HK or BT girl for TLN, or even for an hour or two when she is off shift, they want big bucks in the form of a bar fine. I wouldn't care if the girl got some of it, but it is a straight up gift to the management that will probably require the girl to give them a BJ as well. Bastards.

No. I had an Adelita BG in my room in Rizo with no fines and no issues. (See my recent Adelita review.) You cannot bring a HK or BT to Cascadas or Rizo for an hour or more without paying a bar fine or buying a bucket, another form of bar fine. You can bring SGs or putas from other bars without consequence or fines.

mongo...with respect, I am not complaining as much as I am alerting others, especially since they have recently stepped up these shenanigan and are applying them unevenly. I am old and my wham bam days are behind me...in most cases. Plus my style is to vet a chica through a few short term sessions with an eye toward getting her on speed dial for longer term encounters, which are almost always much hotter, because there are fewer time constraints and the girls learn that I am a respectful person and are more comfortable with me than they were when I was a total stranger to them. It is the way I roll. You younger guys with a 30-second recovery time won't understand until you reach senior status. When I was in my 40s, I could do two pops in a row and recover in 30-60 minutes. A few times I did seven pops per day. When I hit 60+, and due to companion medical issues, it now takes me all day long to do what I used to do all day long. Well, now I can confirm (again) the heavy enforcement of the one hour rule. Had a puta in my room at Rizo. (Thought I might avoid this, because I tipped the security guy and I wasn’t at Cascades.) She wanted to hang out. After one hour, they came knocking at the door and requiring that I buy 10 drinks. She went to the door and backed them off. Then she explained the “new” rule. If she stays over an hour, buying drinks is required. If the client doesn’t buy the drinks, she must buy the drinks! She said that she had to pay the drink fine once, but the client reimbursed her. Basically they have taken away one of the major reasons for having your own room. Note that there was a CC puta that was to spend the night with me in the Rizo room, and thus rule would not have applied, but she ghosted me.

Papi to answer your question…YES The first time I was hit with the bar fine for having an HK girl in my room, she was off shift. And recently a few fellow mongers have reported getting a knock and charged a bar fine.
