People that think this isn't a big deal, it is. We have our government trying to control our free speech more and more all the time. This feels more like Nazi Germany every day. Eventually our country will barely be recognizable. This trend of controlling us more and more isn't some minor thing. This is exactly the playbook of dictators.

Fuck, I can't edit those comments.

What I really meant to say was:

Praise the Lord that another evil-doing free thinker will no longer be free to spread his venal lies against the State! Praise be to our glorious Trump administration!

And the president's penis is definitely not small! Nor does it look like a mushroom. 🍆🍄

Thank you Mr. President. 🙏 Thank you everyone who voted for him.

I'm not buying Trump gave the direct to order to kill it. You gotta look at the ratings. Do you think for one second if Kimmel was getting 7 million a night this would've happened. ABC sees the writing on the wall late night is done. They just needed an excuse.

Johnny would get north of 10 million every night.

At the end of Leno Letterman both were around 4.

Conan got canceled with 3.

Jimmy Fallon his first week had 10 million a night in 2014, it is now 1 million and in third place of the three. Would somebody tell this guy playing these stupid kid games with celebrities is not funny.

These guys today are all around 1 million and less and less every year. You have youtube shows with zero production costs beating these guys. Late night talk shows are done for, regardless of whoever the President is.

Trump's feelings were hurt when Jimmy basically called him Chauncey from Being There. The White House can try their best to censor voices of dissent but they can't stop the flood of podcasts and postings that run counter to the narrative they are trying to create. It's still a serious situation and there will be a lot of short-term turmoil.

At least one of you can't even fucking read but I'm going to fruitlessly post this anyway.

On Monday's show, Jimmy Kimmel had said, "We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it." Appearing on a podcast on Wednesday, Carr said affiliates should "push back" on ABC and say, in effect, "Listen, we're not going to run Kimmel anymore until you straighten this out because we're running the possibility of license revocation from the FCC if we continue to run content that ends up being a pattern of news distortion."

Carr, who was appointed by President Trump, also suggested that ABC affiliates who keep carrying Kimmel could lose their licenses, per the Los Angeles Times. "We can do this the easy way or the hard way," Carr said on Benny Johnson's podcast, per the Washington Post. Carr also said he could "certainly see a path forward for suspension" of Kimmel by ABC, something the FCC would have no legal role in. Later in the day, after ABC's announcement, Carr told the Reporter, "I want to thank Nexstar for doing the right thing," adding that he hopes other broadcasters "follow Nexstar's lead."

Orange cocksuckers.

I would say that this is unprecedented, but I recall that the very popular Smothers Brothers show was cancelled by CBS in 1969 for being anti-establishment. Unlike today, I don't think that the FCC directly threatened CBS or told them in so many words to cancel the show. In contrast, every nasty thing Trump does is right out there in the open.

Founder is correct. What Kimmel said was patently false and intended to create conflict. He was depending on the ignorant and uninformed nature of his viewers to craft a narrative which was completed disconnected from the truth. You have freedom of speech, you do not have freedom from consequences.

What we have seen is not true cancel culture where people try to cancel peoples' careers and free speech because they said things which the left found offensive or disagreeable. People being fired, suspended, and otherwise disciplined is because they have taken an issue of national interested, causing nearly half of the country grief, fear, and emotional pain, and are using it to attack and demonize half of the electorate. There is no excuse -NONE, at all- for laughing and celebrating the murder of a man who invited people that disagreed with him to talk. Kirk gave people who disagreed with him a venue and a microphone to engage with him, share their opinions, and then respectfully challenged them and sought common ground and agreement. Now, the left mock a widow and orphans. Jimmy Kimmel was doing the dirty work of the american left. FAFO.

I agree, it's not a news program, but Kimmel did nothing to help bring people together.

If you're celebrating Charlie Kirk being assainated or even if you say something as innocuous as he had it coming, what you're truly celebrating is abolishing the first amendment.

I'm not for or against Kimmel getting suspended, he said what he said, and the people that pay his salary didn't agree. He has a right to speak, but he can also be fired by the people providing the platform for him to speak. His wife and kids still get to have him home tonight.

I personally didn't listen much to Charlie kirk, but you will never hear me say he had it coming.

This country has been on a decline since the late 80's and was murdered by immigration. It takes miles to stop a long freight train and years for a powerful country to fail. The fact most of my life has been lived is of great solace.

I find it ironic how many people are complaining about Kimmel and others losing their job for the things they say. Yet Charlie Kirk was shot for the things he said, and his wife left without a husband and two children without a Father. It's as if the complainers are saying it's acceptable to kill someone for their words, but the line is crossed if someone loses their job.

  2. Not that very many on this board do their own research, but someone please tell me what he said was so offensive he should be canceled? He literally said nothing about Charlie Kirk. He criticized Trump’s lack of empathy (showed clips of Trump being asked about how he was feeling about losing a friend and Trump responded with comments about the construction of the WH ballroom).

  3. Yes, it is a free speech issue. FCC was threatening to pull the broadcast licenses of ABC affiliates.

Do I understand correctly that Kimmel was saying Kirk was killed by a fellow Trump supporter? How does that make any sense? The only reason I can think of for him to say that is to muddy the waters. And I guess he did muddy the waters, because he has me confused.

There is no justification for the assassin silencing someone he disagreed with. Apparently, Kimmel was trying to divert our attention from that. Now Kimmel is offering himself up as a martyr, making himself the one whose free speech was violated.

Serious people have to call out those who do wrong, even if they are on their own "side". Hollering "But Trump" is not a valid answer to every criticism.

@rightfield, no, that is not what Kimmel said. Ronjax posted the quote

"We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it."

Over the weekend, the killer’s motives were being guessed at. We’ve since learned he was living with his partner, who is male transitioning to female and he likely killed Kirk for his anti trans speech. While that’s not surprising, Kimmel was talking about (and playing clips) from over the weekend, before the motives of the killer were known.

What you and RonJax have posted here is untrue. What Kimmel said on his show was outright leftist propaganda. Suppose he had not been caught? We still had the bullet casings and family testimoney. Suppose we had no evidence? It still would have been completely false for Kimmel to "know" Kirk was killed by a MAGA supporter. That's just stupid. Your guy, Jimmy, is lying piece of shit leftist. From a 1A standpoint, Kimmel forgot his role as a court jester. The old guard: Carson, Leno, and Letterman made fun of everyone and did so in jest. They understood the assignment. The leftist late night crowd attacks only the right, without regard for the truth, and vociferously defends any democrat or leftist misstep. The Onion, Babylon Bee, and SNL Weekend Update satirize the news. They do not pretend to otherwise. Kimmel and that other idiot, Colbert, offered lies and malicious attacks as truth and did not attempt satire.

That is why Kimmel being suspended, and hopefully fired, for spreading lies and malice does not run afoul of the first amendment.

@RonJax2:

Donald Trump was banned from all major social media sites for saying the 2020 election was rigged. Those social media sites were pressured by Democrat politicians to do so. Censorship, pure and simple.

Hillary Clinton and millions of other Democrats were NOT banned from those same sites for promoting the lie that the 2016 election was illegitimate and stolen. In fact, for several years afterward, Democrats ran a disinformation and lie campaign against Trump in order to overthrow the will of the people, and encourage some of the crazies on their side to try and assassinate the president.

Stop pretending you care about free speech. Censorship only bothers you when your side is on the receiving end. Not when your side is doing the censoring.

You said shit when Charlie Kirk was permanently censored by murder.

@gammanu95 the reason it doesnt run afoul of first amendment is because private employers can fire people for any reason.

Your understanding of the situation is not correct. The first amendment does in fact allow you to spread lies and malice about people, and even allows you to pray for others deaths.
When it comes to defamation, its not just spreading lies about people, you have to actually damage someones business with those lies, and even then you can state certain lies if they are subjective. Usually you cant falsely accuse someone of murder, theft, or other criminal acts, but you can still spread lies about people in a general sense.

And defamation has nothing to do with malice. This is the first I have heard of malice being an exception to the first amendment.

It seems RINOs try to find loopholes wherever they can when it comes to speech they want to censor. They want to make it illegal to criticize israel, recently rubio is even attempting to revoke passports for people critical of israel, claiming it falls under “material support for terrorism”, lol. It was also unusual he started pushing for this right after kirk died, undoubtedly kirk would have complained about that too

@lex, none of what you said is factually correct. Trump was suspended by Twitter long before he tried to overthrow the government. IIRC, it was a tweet that he sent encouraging the police to shoot looters during the George Floyd riots that caused him to be banned - and that tweet was a clear violation of the platform's policies. Your post contains numerous other factual errors.

But even if it didn't, so what? I condemn any government censorship of speech, full stop. What are you saying?

Gamma here’s the actual statement it was broadcast widely all day yesterday on many news channels and outlets

FCC chairman Brendan Carr has threatened to take action against ABC after Jimmy Kimmel said in a monologue that “the MAGA gang” was attempting to portray Charlie Kirk‘s assassin as “anything other than one of them.”

Appearing on Benny Johnson’s podcast on Wednesday, Carr suggested that the FCC has “remedies we can look at.”

“We can do this the easy way or the hard way,” Carr said. “These companies can find ways to change conduct and take action, frankly, on Kimmel or there’s going to be additional work for the FCC ahead.”

But where is Kimmel’s lie? You have the quote verbatim. Were some people on fox, newsmax, etc. not trying to score political points over the weekend? Were they likewise not trying to say the killer wasn’t on the right? Did Trump not answer a question about his grief by talking about construction of the WH ballroom? Where is the lie?

It's fucked up how a group of people (you know who you are) can support almost literally an entire government regularly degrading 2/3 of Americans (non-Trump voters / non-white / non-Christians) using the most insulting and inflammatory language, and they are CHEERING that, while Kimmel gets canceled because of a political comment.

Threatening is not censorship.

Don't forget Obama did the same thing to Roseanne Barr, and 1000s of conservatives accounts on Twitter were silenced from the left wing threats of the Obama and Biden administrations.

The left has been calling the right Nazis for 10 years now. That kind of name calling brings out the worst in people. Nobody on either side is guilty of killing Jews by the millions.

Please stop listening to only headlines and one side of a story. I can find NO evidence of Charlie Kirk calling for violence. He only spoke what HE believed to be truth. What you or assassins do with that is on you, not Charlie.

Seek truth, and as far as I can find, there is only one truth, and that is Jesus Christ. I know that sounds hypocritical from a guy that runs a strip club website, and trust me, I've been praying for a way out of this sinful career choice for many years.

As for firing Kirk: Yes, there are some things that he has said that if said to a member of the Trans community in my organization I would have fired him; I would NOT have shot him and I would NOT have advocated for any physical harm to come to him (or anyone I may fire for inappropriate comments or behavior). And anyone who did advocate for this, they too would be gone (and, if appropriate, I'd contact Law Enforcement).

@Muddy "Jimmy Fallon his first week had 10 million a night in 2014, it is now 1 million and in third place of the three."

When Greg Gutfeld was on, Fallon's rating had a really good POP. And these 2 had a great, friendly chat.

Leftists seem to conveniently forget all the censorship slams on anyone who didn't follow the mantra of "Jab good, just take it." Gov't fired people. Gov't censored people on X/Twitter and FB by pressuring those companies. Gov't shutdown medical professional discussions. If you criticized Anthony Fauci, you were treated and stoned like a heretic. CNN was pressuring Obama's WH to cancel Fox News as they called it "opinion" content, not news.

The FBI had a little project called "Arctic Frost" that is now being exposed by Kash Patel. Or least we forget Crossfire Hurricane as the FBI's "insurance policy" in case won in 2016.

Under the Biden WH, or whomever was running it, was investigating Catholics as "American Terrorists" for their anti-abortion stance as well as parents at school boards who were questioning them. Obama's WH was going after AP and Fox News journalists.

All this 1stA does does have limitations, as Oliver Wendell Homes said in 1919 "The most stringent protection of free speech would not protect a man in falsely shouting fire in a theatre and causing a panic." This help establish the "clear and present danger" test, arguing that speech posing an immediate danger, like falsely yelling "fire" in a crowded theater, could be restricted without violating the First Amendment.

Kimmel was NOT making a joke about the "kid" (he is a full ASS MAN, not some kid), he was making a false statement heard by the couple million who watch his drivel. That is like yelling "fire", it wasn't some whacko walking in Times Square saying it.

People on TV have all kinds of moral clauses built in to help protect the company. FAFO kind of sums it up.

Alex Jones was taken to court and sued for over $1B in defamation damages to the the Sandy Hook families. I don't see what Kimmel said is any less defamatory than what Alex Jones said. Kimmel was making a statement as a fact, not a joke, to a public audience which would just build hatred. What Jones said was wicked bad just as Kimmel.

As far as the FCC goes, it does need to be seriously revamped by Congress as people have access to way more than just Over The Air content when it was created in 1934. Like any typical federal agency, it does not keep up with changes. At this point, it should probably just focus on spectrum licensing and be self-funded by spectrum auctions. The Internet, cable and satellite have clearly run circles around the FCC. If there is a problem with content, the courts can sort it out like they did with Alex Jones.

@mogul1985 jones should not have been sued for that at all. It doesnt mean kimmel should also be sued. That alex jones case was ridiculous. I dont follow the logic of how speculating or being a conspiracy theorist on a shooting event, causes monetary damages or financial harm to any of the people involved or their families.

Generally speaking you should be able to be critical of any political group, even race or religion or sex etc without facing defamation charges. Employers can still fire you for anything, but its not defamation to insult maga guys or leftists etc

this definitely ain't a perfect country and you need to have some tolerance for the other side. I voted for Trump but I honestly don't like the ego manaic. he was just a better choice than what was offered on the ballot.

I certainly don't agree with how trump is handling some things, especially with the illegals. deport the the true criminals. and leave the honest people alone. and don't be paying them all these benefits. they got to make it on their own.

being a Southwest USA native I feel because the Indians and Mexicans and the Spanish were here long before us anglos from northern Europe they have more roots here. I mean damn it. the Southwest was Spain and Mexico and Indian even prior to that. The donald does not understand the Southwest USA. but we're all here. let's get along and tolerate each other.

LOL, this would be a whole new thread in the politics room, but how can you seriously argue that Mexicans or the Spanish have any more claim to the southwest United States than Americans do? Remember that Spain lost that territory to a war with America, Mexico lost more territory in a war with America, Mexico lost territory in a war with Texas, Spain lost territory in a war with Mexico, the native tribes lost territory in wars with all of the above. Also, the native tribes consistently fought each other for territory, swapping land entitlements regularly. Who was here before them? Who did the Sioux, Cherokee, Comanche, Aztec, Maya, and Incas steal it from? We know there were civilization and people which predated them.

No, that first peoples land acknowledgement bullshit falls apart very easily with the application of a little logic.

Our government and the FCC have no business interfering in this issue, and I’ll agree with others that Trump is abusing his power, besides the fact that his overall tone is that he only governs for part of the country and strives to increase the intolerance and hatred between opposing sides. By the way, I understand if conservatives don’t like far leftists trying to force their pronouns on them, and left people don’t like some of the new policies. But goddamn it, go back and read about the lead up of WWII. There is a reason for the nazi/fascist label.

KImmel being fired for lying is not a free speech issue. If he said that all trans people have aids, it would have been just as true as saying the gay trans murderer was MAGA, and he would be fired for both. So funny watching the same assholes who brought us hate speech laws, which all violate free speech, are now whing about this.
So fucking hate progressives more every day. By the way Flash, call them fascists all you want but the Nazis were socialists, just like you and other democrats and changing names doesn't hide the fact. Democrats marching in the street calling fpr the extrmination of Jews seems more fascist than anything any Republican has ever done. Zeig Heil typical democrat.
It is the left who are the enemy. It is the left whom Orwell warned us about. It is the left that needs to go. JAS how is the southwest being "Spanish" germane, since the Spanish invaded the area and are not native.

Despite 25's hysteria and fearmongering, more evidence emerges today that the FCC was not involved in ABC/Disney's decision to suspend Kimmel's leftist propaganda hour. When two of the largest affiliate owners, Nexstar and Sinclair, notified Disney they were preempting Jimbo's show as a result of his lies and baseless attacks, Disney made the decision to suspend him entirely. It was not necessary for Carr to make the statement he did on behalf of the FCC, but that is spilt milk. One thing had nothing to do with the other.

No one should be comfortable with the government controlling political messaging in media, but that cat is already out of the bag. All media channels - print, online, and TV/radio broadcast the Biden led propaganda that the Hunter laptop was not real. All broadcast the Clinton Steele Dossier reports as fact. All broadcast fake news about COVID and wet markets fake Russian collusion in 2016, fake protests in Benghazi and going back years. The frequency and scope has only ever been increasing. Any liberal or leftist who only finds it problematic now, when it may have affected one of their own, can seriously go to hell. We do not care. If it happened, and I do not believe it did, then it is your own playbook being used against you. I would support that. I would support unrestricted lawfare being used against democrat buffoons and agents. I only support it because this is the only way you will learn. Just like Sen. Thune had to use the nuclear option to go around the democrat bloc, Reid and Schumer did it first. The democrat party and the left always take the low road first, and then cries foul when we use their own tactics against them. We do not care about you any more. You falsely prosecute our political leaders, you shoot at and kill our public figures, death threats and violent, personal attacks are commonplace from the left. We will never use the unlawful criminal tactics you do, but we will be merciless in punishing those who do and are no longer interested in being gentlemanly or compassionate to you. Fuck off to Europe, please.

@Gammanu95 he didnt say those groups have more claim to the US just that they were here before other groups… which is true. The subject of who lost what territory in a war is completely different than who occupied the land first… also even if the native americans were fighting each other over land it doesnt mean it becomes acceptable for someone else to come steal it or fight… you seem to be using the “might makes right” argument… which some conservatives are bound to support because of cases like the native americans and israel… but that isn’t really a valid argument. If you genuinely and objectively believe in the might makes right argument you are basically saying it would be okay for a more powerful force to just come and start stealing land and property from american citizens. Theres basically no ethical boundaries just whoever has the most power can do what they want

Capitalism has its flaws and yet it is the best way to drive success for an economy. We accept these flaws, get it back on track and prosperity increases.

Socialism requires perfection to succeed. It gets to a point of failure and stalling out as it "runs out of other peoples' money to spend" (Margaret Thatcher.)

A culture/society/country can't tax itself into prosperity. The Mayflower Compact was a try at a version of Socialism, and the following Winter the colony almost starved to death as some worked hard and too many others didn't and expected to be taken care of - sounds familiar, eh?

Bono, a big Lefty, final conceded the only way for 3rd World Countries to get out of poverty is with Capitalism, too much gov't fraud and corruption so Trump was right when he called them Shithole Countries. These countries the USA pumps money into just pads the pockets of the "leaders" who live VERY well.

Post WWII (West) Germany was controlled with the Marshall Plan, and Germans were starving. Once Germans were allowed a little capitalism to make and sell their "stuff", Germany started to recover and is now the 3rd largest globally:

  1. USA $31T
  2. China $20T
  3. Germany $5T
  4. India $4T
  5. Japan $4T

Speaking of West & East Germany back in the day. You can see how West Germany was a thriving country and East Germany controlled by the USSR was a Hell Hole, even West/East Germany the differences were as stark and obvious as South and North Korea.

Now, how does this "screed" tie back to Kimmel? 100s of 1,000s of Dems and their cohorts have been brainwashing people for 6+ decades - "Community Organizer" is just a play on words of Communist Executive Political Officer, it has nothing to do with America's Representative Republic; voting is the ONLY Democracy in this country.

Kimmel is just one however he has an outlet to a few million in an echo chamber 5-nights a week, same for Colbert and the others. The "Oligarchs" the Dems claim hate America are 98% Dems/Leftists and funnel money to NGOs to help protect their power and control they thrive on.

Kimmel's comment about Charlie Kirk. MAGA and the assassin were not "jokes", he was serious. When this is all you tune into and hear, you become a member at some level on the Communism/Socialism Radicalized Spectrum, and you believe - same for Jihadists in their Echo Chamber. I could easily call staunch radical Dems/Progressives/whatever "Blue Shirts" and "Progressive Youth" and it would fit.

Charlie Kirk was different, a devote Christian, he was clear, articulate and highly independently self-educated, an Autodidact, and an amazing communicator like Rush Limbaugh and even Greg Gutfeld.

Others (short list):
Socrates
Leonardo DaVinci
Benjamin Franklin
Nikole Tesla
Ada Lovelace
Mary Anning
Elon Musk
and many many other men and women

Charlie didn't deserve the hatred leveled at him. He got to the point he wore a bullet-proof vest at these "Prove Me I'm Wrong" events.

You just described Socialism that Communism requires that the Progressives want. Look at Zohran Mamdani and Bernie Sanders. They are wealthy, their Socialism won't hurt them at all yet those they rule over will suffer. The Oligarchs the Left slams are actually their supporters as they know when they can make this AmeriKa, the "Oligarchs" won't have any worries, the other 98% will be crushed.

I find it interesting how the Leftists here are so totally brainwashed. And they are taken aback when people don't think like them and are puzzled. I know a few personally, intelligent, educated yet puzzled how people can think like this.

It's kind of like how the Japanese Empire brainwashed their country that Americans would slaughter them in WWII if taken prisoner.

Also whats wrong with Christian Nationalism? Dubai is based on Islamic Nationalism yet people from all over the world love going there and even living there. You literally are a bigot.. and you can get away with being one because you have the freedom to be one. Any society that has free speech, free expression, freedom of beliefs.. means you also have freedom to be a racist sexist nationalist bigot etc.

And it definitely is a good thing we have that freedom because theres all kinds of people like you who if they could, would define bigotry as only insulting certain races but not others, certain religions but not others, etc. everyone has groups they like and dont like so the best thing is if everyone is allowed to believe and say what they want including being as bigoted as they want

Don't forget Obama did the same thing to Roseanne Barr, and 1000s of conservatives accounts on Twitter were silenced from the left wing threats of the Obama and Biden administrations.

Roseanne Barr was fired for a racist tweet in 2017. Trump was president then. nytimes.com The thousands of conservative suspensions you mentioned happened in the wake of George Floyd's death in 2020, also under president Trump en.wikipedia.org

Please stop listening to only headlines and one side of a story.

Tell me, where did you learn that Obama had fired Rosanne? Maybe consider your own information diet before throwing stones?

I can find NO evidence of Charlie Kirk calling for violence. He only spoke what HE believed to be truth.

I have made zero mentions to Charlie Kirk on your website elsewhere until this moment. I don't know if you were aiming at me or someone else.

Mostly, I haven't said anything about him because I have nothing nice to say. He was a proponent of Great Replacement Theory, a conspiracy theory which posits that Jews are trying to replace white Americans with nonwhite immigrants. nytimes.com I find that to be incredibly personal and hateful, and if you disagree we have different definitions of hate.

Kirk was also a supporter of Trump's mass deportation campaign news-leader.com, which has been incredibly violent.

The left has been calling the right Nazis for 10 years now. That kind of name calling brings out the worst in people.

I don't speak for "the left", I'm not even a registered democrat. I simply can't stand autocrats of any kind and that includes Trump. If the only world you live is one in which there are "two sides" and it's "us versus them", consider that this is a tenant of fascism.amazon.com

And as far as Nazis goes, we've had 10 years of Trump doing fascist shit. Kids separated from parents. en.wikipedia.org We have a brand new concentration camp in Alligator Alcatraz bbc.com.

And now, this mass campaign to silence critics, a new era of censorship. People from nurses to Kimmel are losing their jobs for failing to tout the party line. washingtonpost.com

If you support these things, it's fascism.

Seek truth, and as far as I can find, there is only one truth, and that is Jesus Christ. I know that sounds hypocritical from a guy that runs a strip club website, and trust me, I've been praying for a way out of this sinful career choice for many years.

What I'm taking away from this conversation is:

  • You're sympathetic to our current autocratic regime.
  • You think what we're doing here is sinful.

As someone who has expressed viewpoints critical of the government on this site, I'm terrified by this. How do I know you won't freely turn over our IPs, emails, and the content of our DMs to the first government censor who asks without a warrant, or worse, to some religious right-wing action group?

So @Founder, this will be my last comment on TUSCL. Your army of orange trolls will certainly be happy, and try to frame this as me quitting over a political disagrement. So just to be clear, I am leaving TUSCL not because of politics, but because I've concluded this:

It is not safe to publish content on TUSCL

Kimmel's show was losing money for years. Kimmel lied outrageously claiming the trans-loving shooter was maga. He was planning on doubling down. Easy lawsuit! ABC would likely have gotten sued by Trump and lost millions. It's a no-brainer. Lots of things you can't say on public airwaves, like cursing. Kimmel needs to go on cable or podcasts, where he can lie and defame all he wants. Of course he could get sued. Things are changing, for the better!
