do you think that the phases of the Moon affect the behavior and attitude of a woman? are they more horny at a particular time? depending on the phase of the Moon? I have a friend that insists it's true. I haven't done enough research to really know at this point, but this last time I went to Hong Kong it seemed that it was definitely have an effect during the full moon.

There's probably plenty of studies on the full moon's effect on people with the results ending up agreeing with whatever agenda the varies studies want to portray. My opinion based on my observations, the full moon has effects on women and men but the effects could vary from being subtle to profound, so like anything involving women or people in general, YMMV.

There is no relationship between female behavior and the moon. There is a belief that female menstrual periods synchronize when they are together but there is little scientific evidence of that. I do not ever have strippers tell me about their menstrual periods so would never have a bunch of them in a strip club simultaneously tell me they are on their period if it were true.

I think that many strippers seem to be on a monthly timeline, but they are synchronized, not to the moon, but rather to rent day.

@docsavage, anecdotal, but when my daughters were living at home, they and my wife were almost completely synchronized.
It was good week to get out of the house and go to clubs.

Not anecdotal. As the father of 4 girls I can tell you without a doubt synchronization is a real phenomenon. It also occurred among my daughters and their roommates in college. My wife used to get horny as hell when she was ovulating- perhaps why I have 4 daughters.

@iknowbetter declares “not anecdotal” and then proceeds to literally provide anecdotal evidence. lol. My own anecdotal experience agrees btw. .
@op - is it the moon? Who knows but as good an explanation as any of unexplainable, synchronized, crazy behavior of women. I’ve stopped trying to find the reason and now just treat the symptoms by getting the hell away.

Menstruation has been associated with the moon since primitive times because both cycles are about 29.5 days, which makes many women have their period on the same phase of the moon. While there is a correlation, I've never heard of any causation between the two.

@Hank Moody yes, I did cite anecdotal evidence and you correctly called me out on it. But if you ever around my house when 5 women were simultaneously PMS then you’d think it was a scientific fact too!

There are some scientific studies that posits that because humans are largley water-based that we are subject to the effects of the electro-magetic forces in the universe. The gravitational effect of the moon in orbit affects the tides in oceans so smaller bodies of water like us will also be affected. As will all science, things evolve as we learn more.
On the opinion side, I have noticed behavior changes and mood swings in folks during the full moon. Some of it has been major shifts and others have been more subtle. But what is also true is many more dancers will work during the first and last days of the month to make that rent and their behavior can change in order to secure those ducats.
