There’s a ton that goes into the permitting these. Everything from what happened at the export itself to what kind of advertisement can be printed to what art-work can be on the custom key for the hotels.

They dont charge for groping their ass or tits. Its done voluntarily. I think even at the strip clubs you cant technically sell groping for cash. You can only sell lapdances and the groping happens but isn’t specifically contracted for. Its been discussed before but you couldnt really claim theft of services if you paid for a lapdance and she didnt let you touch her tits or slap her ass. They do have to technically sit on you and even that is probably just sitting on your thigh or lap not directly on your crotch

They have an Exxxotica expo every year in Miami. I’ve never been so I’d love to hear from someone who has. But I understand that it’s more of a trade show type environment where adult industry performers make appearances. So you’re likely to get a signed glossy photo but not a blowjob.

@iknowbetter I went the one year it was in Portland. It was closer to like a comic book convention than a tradeshow.
I think Bang Bros had a video with Jayden James at one of these events where her and some male talent had some fun in a somewhat private area. But early in the video they showed some of the activities of the expo, including one dude getting a lap dance in the “bang bus” which have been brought into the exhibit hall.

Attended the DC one last year. Very small compared to others cons like Comic Con. The headliner (Alexis Texas) didn't even bother showing up! Got 2 lappers from the porn star Kallie Taylor (pictured) and almost LDK'd right there in the middle of the convention floor! Way better than the $200 air dances Lauren Phillips was giving out 😂
Unfortunately it was in Virginia (DC suburbs), so the pastie law extended to the convention. But even at New York Comic Con there are scantily clad women with asses out and nipples covered. Fans and professionals alike. And that's a family event! But, honestly, one of the best parts of Exxxotica was a couples outfit switch contest. Whoever could swap clothes the fastest won a cash prize. Resulted in a lot briefly nude amateur babes!
